About the Founder
Hello! I'm a proud Michigander by birth and a Pacific Northwest enthusiast by choice. I was born and raised in Holland, MI, and moved to Seattle 25 years ago. After a five-year return to Michigan, I realized that the PNW truly had my heart, leading me to settle in Bothell, WA, in 2007.
In 2009, I married my wonderful husband, Adam, a native of Washington's Tri-Cities. He is an engineer who has focused his career in mechanical engineering, with over 20 years at his current firm, WSP USA. Together, we have a vibrant son, Asher, who was born in 2015. Asher is now in 3rd grade in the Northshore School District. He's an adventurous spirit who loves the outdoors, biking, skiing, gaming, and playing sports. He's been a dedicated baseball player with North Lake Little League for three years and is excited to start his first season with Northshore Select Soccer this summer. He also adores our family pup, Minnie.
Traveling is one of my greatest passions, and I've been fortunate to experience some incredible journeys. My top five trips include spending Christmas in Banff, embarking on a month-long road trip across the West that featured many National Parks and the entire Pacific Coast Highway, enjoying various adventures in Hawaii, visiting Puerto Vallarta where Adam and I got married, and returning to Michigan to relish the beach life on Lake MI, savor fresh perch, and soak in the small-town vibes with family and friends.
When I'm not traveling, I enjoy reading, dining out, meeting with friends, and having movie nights and other adventures with my family.
Professionally, I've spent most of my career in sales, with the last decade dedicated to the payment industry. Prior to this, I worked in the marketing and advertising industry. My experience spans working with clients from local small and medium-sized businesses to well-known national organizations like Alaska Airlines, Zumiez, and Lush. What I have loved most about my career is connecting with people, learning their stories, and finding ways to help them run their businesses more efficiently while also supporting their growth.
In 2022, I decided to leave the corporate world in pursuit of a better work-life balance. After carefully considering my options, I chose to leverage my expertise in the payment industry and my passion for helping people by forming my own consulting company, Ethos Consulting Partners. The word "Ethos" resonated deeply with me, as it embodies everything I believe in and often what I felt was missing in corporate America. Through Ethos Consulting Partners, I aim to bring integrity, dedication, and a personal touch to my clients, helping them navigate and thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of the payment space.
